Damaged Cards: We accept returns for damaged cards within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the card must be in its original packaging and condition.

Photo Proof: To initiate a return for a damaged card, please provide photo proof of the damage. This can be submitted via email to support@bethoughtfulcards.com along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Approval Process: Once we receive your photo proof, our team will review it to verify the damage. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request within 2 business days.

Refund or Replacement: If your return is approved, you will have the option to receive a refund for the purchase price of the damaged card or a replacement card at no additional cost. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Shipping Costs: BeThoughtful will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged cards. Please follow the instructions provided by our customer service team for returning the item.

Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom-made cards are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged. In such cases, the same return process outlined above applies.
